By accessing or using the Cab2Go Colchester services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion. While we strive to be punctual, we utilize real-time flight tracking to minimize delays, however, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards chauffeurs. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged at repair cost plus loss of earnings. Alcohol and food consumption are at the chauffeur's discretion.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for pre-paid airport transfers will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
In no event shall Cab2Go Colchester be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our transfer services.
